Introduction
Introductionto the JIULUO air cooling hot Press:
The JIULUO splice pressis an all-in-one solution for splicing thermoplastic conveyor belts
(e.g. PVCpolyurethane).No external control box,air pump, or water cooling tank are required.
The JIULUO presses are provided with electric heatingand built in air cooling. The splice process
runs fully automated.
? Splice pressure is applied by aninternal compressor, max. 1.5-2 bar;
? Heats up to a splice temperature of max. 200°C;
? Keepsit at the splice temperature (adjustable dwell time);
? Coolsdown to the cooling temperature (safe temperature to take the belt out);
? For thicker belts a preheat temperature and preheat dwell time canbe applied;
? The bottomheating can be set lower or higher than the top heating;
? The splicesurface is 130 mm wide; the heated zone is 110 mm wide;
